1 cup oats⅔ cup milk½ cup Greek vanilla yogurt1 tablespoon chia seeds½ teaspoon cinnamon¼ teaspoon ginger1/8 teaspoon nutmeg2 tablespoons maple syrup1 teaspoon molasses
